Moroccan Villa
A beautiful and secluded detached villa and riad set within 3.5 acres of olive groves, orchards, and fruit trees. Located just 12 km from the centre of Marrakech, the riad / villa adjoins a rustic former working farm and sits within luxurious grounds offering a private pool, spa, Moroccan chill-out area, private sunbathing terrace, and BBQ.
The property enjoys stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, extending southwards to provide world-class opportunities for walking, climbing, cycling, and skiing. Golf is also available nearby.
Notes on Prices
Prices are for the entire property per week in euros for up to eight guests (or the equivalent in pounds sterling).
Additional guests are charged €50 – €60 per person per night.
Airport pick-up/drop-off: £30 each way for the whole group.
Changeover day: Flexible.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite toilet and washbasin, wardrobe, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (can be configured as required).

- Master Bedroom 5: Double bed, dressing table, double French doors leading to a private balcony and sun terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen located in the east wing of the riad.
Utility Room:
Situated in the outdoor kitchen area, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, BBQ, and dining table.

- Moroccan lounge: Traditional wall-to-wall seating with scatter cushions and central dining table – ideal for Moroccan-style entertaining.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the riad and the pool area
Services and Staff
Towels and linen are included and changed regularly. Beds feature anti-allergy pillows and mattress covers.
Daily cleaning and cooking are provided by our resident cook and cleaner.
The garden is maintained by our resident gardener, who also ensures the safety and security of the property.
Accessibility
The property is wheelchair-friendly, with ramps to all rooms, the pool, and gardens.
Outdoor Area
The villa forms part of a charming rural ex-working farm and includes a large private swimming pool (25m x 8m), chill-out sun terrace, and BBQ areas.
The gardens offer plenty of space to relax among olive groves and century-old palm trees.
Gazebos and garden seating are dotted throughout the grounds and by the pool.
Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed on the upstairs terrace or beside the pool.
Indoor games are available for guests, and free Moroccan cooking lessons are offered by our resident cook. Ingredients can be purchased at the nearby local market, where farmers sell their produce.
For golf enthusiasts, several courses are within a short drive of the villa – this needs to be booked in advanced.

Booking Notes
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance, plus a £150 damage deposit, is payable six weeks before the start of your holiday.
